Just as luvbarryfefe explained, just mention the prompt you're filling in the reply and you should be good!
For example:
Prompt: Any: Any - vampire!AU - SFW
[NAME OF YOUR WORK]
- YOUR FILL UNDER THE CUT
Or
Prompt: Any: Any - vampire!AU - SFW
[NAME OF YOUR WORK]
- LINK TO YOUR FILL ON AO3/TUMBLR/ETC
